Narcotic Arrests

As part of a narcotic investigation conducted by members of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department, the Rockford Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, the below listed individuals were charged with state criminal charges related to the investigation. The investigation began in early 2012. The arrests were made on Wednesday December 19, 2012.

The charges are merely accusations and all are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

-1 Kevin Vongsavath (DOB 8-2-84/ 28yrs old)/ - 8 counts of Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (delivery of cocaine) - 1 count of Violation of the Cannabis Control Act, - 1 count of Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession of less than 200 grams of Psilocybin.

-2 Bradley Martin Nietz (DOB 9-1-84/28yrs old) - 1 count of Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession of cocaine) - 1 count of Violation of the Cannabis Control Act (possession of 70 grams of cannabis)

-3 Calvin Williams ((DOB 2-15-88/24yrs old) -1 count of Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession with intent to deliver 1-15grams of heroin), -1 count of resisting an officer- Contempt of Court warrant

-4 David Eugene Spickler (DOB 9-6-66/46yrs old) -1 count of Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession of cocaine) - Contempt of Court warrant.

-5 Danny Chapman (DOB 8-12-62/50 yrs old) – Contempt of Court Warrant

-6 Brian Lee Clark (DOB 5-23-77/ 35 yrs old) -2 Contempt of Court Warrants.

All were lodged in the Winnebago County Jail
