NARRATIVE: On the afternoon of Wednesday, July 16, 2014, Terrance P. Doddy, (W/M 9-23-77), appeared in court in Rock County, Wisconsin. During this court appearance Doddy waived extradition on Rockford City Police charges for a warrant charging him with first degree murder and domestic battery.
The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office was contacted and informed that Doddy had waived extradition and he was eligible for release to our Agency. Doddy has since been transported back to our County and is currently lodged in the Winnebago County Jail.
The charges against Doddy are merely an accusation and he is presumed innocent unless and until future court proceedings establish him to be guilty.
