David Franks - December 5, 1995
The body of David E. Franks, age 36 was found at the dead end of 1300 Collingswood on December 5, 1995. Mr. Franks had been shot multiple times and the investigation determined that he was encountered at another location and battered and subsequently brought to the Collingswood location.
It is believed that David was killed as a result of a drug dispute.
