Murder Arrest

    On Friday March 8, 2013 Winnebago County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted members of the United States Marshal’s Service in the apprehension of two fugitives wanted out of Tennessee. The arrests were made in the area of Broadway and 9^th St. late in the afternoon. The following subjects were taken into custody and are lodged in the Winnebago County Jail pending extradition to Tennessee. Both are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. -1 Brandon S. Donaldson (male/DOB 7-16-90)    - wanted for Murder by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Knoxville Tennessee. -2 Alexander J. Branner (male/DOB 8-23-92)    - wanted for Probation Violation by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Knoxville Tennessee.
