On Friday June 4, 2010 Deputies of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department, along with Agents of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives, arrested two Rockford men after an extended narcotic investigation. Charged with Possession with intent to deliver 1-15 grams of Heroin within 1000 feet of a park is Tyrone Patterson 42yrs old(DOB 2-13-68).He is also charged with no FOID card and Resisting an Officer. Bond was set at $250,000.00. Charged with 5 counts of delivery of 1-15 grams of heroin within 1000 feet of a housing project is Jimmy L. Wynn 43yrs old (DOB 11-3-66). He is also charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Felon. Bond has been set at $500,000.00. The charges against both Patterson and Wynn are merely accusations. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. Photos will be provided. .
