Prostitution Arrests

 On Wednesday March 5, 2008 detectives of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department made six prostitution arrests of females who had advertised on the Web Site “Craig’s List”. The arrests were the result of an undercover sting conducted by detectives at an east side Rockford motel. The women were contacted based on their solicitation on the web site and arrived at the motel for purposes of prostitution.  The following women were charged and lodged in the Winnebago County Jail pending bond.
