On Saturday August 2, 2008 at approximately 2:00P.M. a 13yr old girl reported to her mother that she was approached by a male, while in a park in Westlake Village. She reported that a white male approached her and asked “can you help me with something”. He was told no and then reached out to grab the girl. She pulled back and screamed and the suspect ran to a pick-up truck and fled. The suspect is described as a white male 40yrs old. 5’10”175lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is described as being clean cut with a buzz hair cut. The suspect vehicle is described as being a red pick-up (not extended cab), with chrome running boards (rusted on the drivers side).
