Narrative: The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department is announcing Latham/ Ralston Road will be closed to thru traffic between Route 2 and Highway 251 beginning Wednesday morning April 8th through Friday morning April 10th.

The closure will allow crews to repair a water leak under Ralston Road in Machesney Park. Detours will be posted.

Local traffic will be permitted on Ralston/ Latham Road during the repairs. Thru traffic will be prohibited during that time. Motorists are encouraged to use Harlem Road as an alternative during the repair work.
