Narcotic Arrests

   On Thursday May 16, 2013 members of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Police executed two search warrants for narcotics.  The warrants were executed at 2844 Carol Pl. Rockford and 3902 15^th Ave Apt. #2.Rockford. Terrance Washington (male/DOB 7-8-82) was located on Carol Pl and Kenneth W. Mullins (male/DOB 2-16-65) was located on 15^th Ave. During the execution of the warrants marijuana and in excess of 10 ounces of cocaine was recovered. The street value of the cocaine is between $25,000 and $30,000. Both Mullins and Washington are charged with the following: -       Unlawful Criminal Drug Conspiracy, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver (100-400 grams),Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver (500-2000 grams). Both are lodged in the Winnebago County Jail. The charges against Mullins and Washington are merely accusations. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
