Narrative: On Monday, April 20, 2015 members of the Winnebago County Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 721 Willard Avenue in Rockford.
During the execution of the warrant cocaine, heroin, marijuana, along with one handgun and United States Currency was recovered.
Willie B. Haynes (DOB 05-28-1987) was taken into custody and charged as follows:
-Violation of Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession with intent to deliver
heroin 15-100 grams)
-Violation of Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession with intent to deliver
cocaine 1-15 grams)
-Violation of the Cannabis Control Act (possession of cannabis)
-Unlawful use of a Weapon by a Felon
The charges against Haynes are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless
proven guilty in court.
