Narrative: On Friday, March 20, 2015, members of the Winnebago County Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 2007 18th Avenue in Rockford.
During the execution of the warrant, cocaine, four firearms (one which was reported stolen) and United States Currency was recovered.
Billy L. Mayfield (DOB 07-10-1979) was taken into custody and charged as follows:
-Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession with intent to deliver cocaine 1-15 grams)
-Armed Violence
-Possession of a Stolen Firearm
The charges against Mayfield are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
