Sexual Assault Arrest

   On May 8, 2008 Jonathon Christopher Powell (male/ DOB 4-13-68) was charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Assault (victim 13-17yrs old).Powell is a resident of Machesney Park, Illinois. The charges stem from an investigation conducted by Winnebago County Sheriff’s Detectives after an allegation of inappropriate sexual relations between Powell and two young females. The charges against Powell are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent, unless proven guilty in court. Powell is detained in the Winnebago County Jail. A photo will be E-Mailed to the media.
