    On June 1, 2010 a Winnebago County Sheriff’s Deputy shot Alexander Wasson inside a home at 8383 Kiowa Crossing in rural Roscoe.Wasson received a minor wound to his right arm. The investigation into the incident is still on-going and criminal charges have not yet been filed against Wasson, who is still under-going evaluation. The Sheriff’s Deputy who shot Wasson is Detective Pete DalPra.Detective DalPra is a 12 year veteran of the Sheriff’s Department. Detective DalPra is on administrative duty pending the completion of the investigation..
