New Milford Armed Robberies

 

 

Narrative: On Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 1021hrs, the mobil Gas station located at 6536 11^th St in New Milford was robbed at gunpoint.

 

The suspect was described as a white male, late teens- earlier 20’s, 505 140lbs, dark color hair, brown eyes wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts armed with a handgun. He demanded money from the clerk and fled with an undetermined amount of cash. He was last seen entering a grey Jeep Cherokee that left eastbound on New Milford School Rd.

 

On Friday, July 31^st,2015 at 0547hrs, the Mobil Gas station located at 6536 11^th St in New Milford was robbed at gunpoint.

 

The suspect matched the description of the suspect in the previous incident. He demanded money from the clerk while armed with a handgun and left with an undetermined amount of cash. He was last seen on foot running southbound.

 

A suspect has been developed and identified as Dakota R.L. Diehl m/w Brown hair, Brown Eyes, 505, 134lbs & 20 years old. (Photo Attached)

 

A warrant has been obtained for the July 15^th incident for Dakota Diehl for the charge of Armed Robbery.

 

Charges are being sought for this morning’s incident as well.

 

The charges against Diehl are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
